Elisabeth Michielsen has 30 years of
experience and training with yoga,
has
been teaching for 22 years, and lives in
Courtenay. Her teaching is an ecclectic
style of hatha yoga.
She
has a gentle and loving approach,
incorporating intuition, passion and joy
into her teaching.
Hornby Island is one of the northern
gulf islands, with a number of beaches
on the
island and dense lush green forested
areas.
Accommodation is a large oceanfront
house right on Little Tribune Bay.
