The root word of courage means heart. It takes courage to
face our deepest fears with an open heart. Life
continuously presents us with opportunities to hang on or
let go. In this retreat we will use ritual, group sharing
circles, yoga postures, breath work, heart-centered
meditation, self-inquiry, toning and chanting as ways of
opening our hearts more fully and letting go with grace.
